The CROWNed Collective exists to restore, empower, and mobilize Black women into spaces we’ve long been excluded from — not just symbolically, but economically and structurally.
We’re not building another table.
We’re building bridges. Claiming contracts. Developing communities.
And doing it all with the grace and grit of those who’ve been overlooked for too long.
How We Begin
We don’t start by shouting, we start by listening.
Our flagship initiative, CROWNed Table Talks, is where we gather weekly to hear from one another, learn what our sisters need, and hold space for healing, leadership, and clarity.
This isn’t a top-down movement - this is a royal court.
We’re starting by connecting across cities, stories, and experiences.
Because before you lead the strategy, you need to understand the soil.
